TANGWORK COMPANIE Electrotango BIOGRAPHY Lead by Alejandro Kauderer, the winner of a Martín Fierro award to best music in 2007 for Vientos de Agua (by Juan Campanella) and the author of the Argentine and Mexican versions of High School Musical, Tangwork Companie is a new Buenos Aires-based electronic tango ensemble created in late 2007. Comprising accordeon, guitar, drums, keyboards, voice, double bass and live visuals, and with the performance of a real-time original sound as its strongest point, Tangwork Companie boasts an unmistakable technological presence, a multi-media production and an innovative manipulation of sound on top of highly sensual and danceable electronic bases. The music of Tangwork Companie is entirely written and produced by Alejandro Kauderer, whose roots include tango and milonga combined with several sides of electronica, techno and pop. Tangwork Companie has just released their debut album UNO, that can be found at the best stores. |
